    Dr. Naureen Ameen is an established and skilled physician with over 15 years of experience in pediatrics. She is well regarded in the field for providing quality and patient-centered care for newborns to adolescents.Dr. Ameen completed her residency at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Board Certified in Pediatrics. Dr. Ameen takes pride in developing bonds she builds with the patients and their families over the course of their lives and the enjoyment she holds in keeping them healthy and well. Originally from the state of New Jersey where Dr. Ameen practiced for over the years. She has been licensed in the state of Texas since 2020 and has been practicing in the Dallas Fort Worth area. She is a mother of three boys and resides with her husband in the Northern Dallas area.

She has been practicing in the state of Texas for more than 20 years. Dr. Solis takes pride in developing bonds she builds with the patients and their families over the course of their lives and the enjoyment she holds in keeping them healthy and well. Dr. Solis is fluent in English & Spanish.

    Sophia Hernandez, M.D., is a Board Certified pediatrician with the American Board of Pediatrics. She graduated Medical School from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara (UAG) School of Medicine in Guadalajara, Mexico. Afterwards, she completed her residency training at Louisiana State University (LSU) Health Shreveport where she was Chief Resident.

    Dr. Hernandez finds all aspects of Pediatrics intriguing, with special interests in allergies, asthma, eczema, exercise and nutrition.

    In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, writing children's books, cooking, exercising and playing with her Dalmatian dog.

    Dr. Hernandez loves being a pediatrician and finds fulfillment in helping others.


  • Harshita Kumar, MD

    Dr. Harshita (“Hershey”) Kumar is a Board Certified pediatrician with the American Board of Pediatrics, dedicated to providing care for children from infancy to adolescence. She was raised in Plano, Texas and completed her B.S. in Neuroscience with a minor in Child Development nearby at the University of Texas at Dallas.

    She then completed medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch before heading all the way to Cleveland, Ohio, to finish her pediatrics residency at Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital(Case Western Reserve–University Hospitals health system).

    She is very excited to return home to Texas and join Kidsville. In her free time, Dr. Kumar loves to read, garden, and spend time with her family and friends.


  • Ayesha Iqbal, MD, FAAP

    Dr. Ayesha Iqbal is a board-certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP), dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care for children from infancy through adolescence. Dr. Iqbal completed her Pediatric Residency at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore in Maryland in 2011 followed by a Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship at Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas, gaining a robust foundation in child health from the earliest stages of life.

    Dr. Iqbal's diverse background includes experience as a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician and Neonatal Hospitalist at Boston Children’s Hospital, where she developed a broad skill set in managing a wide range of pediatric needs. After relocating to the Dallas–Fort Worth area, she continued her focus on acute and general pediatric care, serving in roles at Children’s Medical Center Emergency Department, Medical City Children’s Hospital Urgent Care and Children’s Health PM Pediatrics. She also served as Medical Director at Children’s Health PM Pediatrics Urgent Care.

    Dr. Iqbal believes in partnering with families to support a child's lifelong health and well-being., aiming to be a consistent and reliable resource as they navigate their child's growth and development.

    Outside of medicine, Dr. Iqbal enjoys a vibrant personal life. She cherishes time with her family, friends, and her beloved cat, Maaow. Her interests include live music performance, karaoke, family and social events, spiritual learning, cooking, traveling, and outdoor adventures.

    Dr. Olivia Boone is a native Texan and dedicated pediatrician committed to providing compassionate care to all children. She received her medical degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Florida-Jacksonville

    Dr. Boone has a passion for children's literacy and the impact of reading on development. She actively advocates for fostering a love of reading at an early age. She enjoys spending her free time with her fiancé, beloved cats and reading a good book.

    Emily Laughlin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice and over 10 years of experience in acute care nursing. 

    She earned her doctoral degree from Texas Christian University in 2024 and is known for her warm, detail-oriented approach to patient care. 

    Emily enjoys spending time with her family, traveling with her husband, paddle boarding, reading, and relaxing with her cats. 

    After years in acute care and 6 months specializing in neurology, Emily discovered her true passion lies in pediatrics. She is now thrilled to focus her practice on caring for children and supporting families through every stage of development.

    Alexandra Guiboux is a board-certified Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice and five years of experience in acute care pediatric nursing. She began her career at Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she worked across various pediatric specialties, including stable ventilator care, diabetes management, neurology, epilepsy, and nephrology.

    She earned her doctoral degree from the University of Michigan Ann Arborin 2025. Alexandra is passionate about partnering with families to support children’s health and development, and she finds great joy in watching her young patients reach important milestones.

    Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her husband and their cat, Coco, attending Pilates classes, and exploring new restaurants.

  • Elizabeth Campbell

    Elizabeth Campbell received a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Dallas, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing summa cum laude from Texas Woman's University, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Baylor University.  She was a maternal-newborn nurse for almost a decade.  

    Although she began doctoral studies in midwifery, personal experiences with her own children's mental health as well as the challenges of families during COVID-19 led her to the pediatric nurse practitioner program.  Her care is informed by her Catholic faith, and she loves the family-centered nature of pediatrics.  Her particular interests include newborns, adolescents, ADHD, and mental health. 

    She is pursuing certification as a Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist (PMHS).

    Kathryne Rivero is a healthcare professional inspired by her Christian faith, dedicated to compassionate and integrity-driven service. After earning her Associate's Degree in 2004, she worked with adults but always aspired to care for children. Her dream was fulfilled when she became a school nurse with Grand Prairie ISD, focusing on medically fragile and autistic students, which fueled her passion for supporting children with special needs.

    Kathryne earned her BSN in 2018 and MSN in 2022 from the University of Texas at Arlington, becoming a certified Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She spent the first two years of her career at Rainbow Children's Clinic Mayfield, providing comprehensive care, including the management of ADHD and other behavioral health issues. She is now excited to join the Kidsville provider team and is pursuing certification as a Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist (PMHS).

    A devoted wife and mother of five, Kathryne enjoys creating family memories, traveling, and supporting her children in their activities.  

  • Alexander Ng, APRN, PMHNP-BC

    Alexander Ng is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who graduated from Northern Kentucky University and has dedicated his career to psychiatry since 2015. Prior to relocating to Texas, he began his professional journey in behavioral health at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where he worked with children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. This invaluable experience ignited his passion for early identification, effective treatment, and ongoing monitoring of mental health conditions. 

    Alex has extensive experience providing care to clients of all ages across various settings, including therapeutic day programs, adult and child inpatient behavioral health units, nursing homes, and community health environments. He firmly believes that untreated mental, emotional, and behavioral health issues can have profound effects on families and society, often leading to devastating and enduring consequences. Motivated by his patients' progress, he is dedicated to providing safe, high-quality care that is holistic, empathetic, and nonjudgmental.

    Beyond his professional commitments, Alex values time with his family, actively participates in his local church, is a devoted Philadelphia sports fan, explores the diverse culinary scene of the DFW area, and enjoys traveling.

    Davy Krang is originally from Cambodia. She came to the United States in 2005 and decided to reside in Dallas, Texas. 

    Davy completed her  Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of Texas at Dallas. She then obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Texas Woman's University

    She started her career in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for about 1.5 years. While working on her Master of Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington, she worked in home healthcare to care for pediatric patients with complex medical histories. 

    She completed her Master of Nursing in Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas at Arlington at the end of 2023. 

    She is excited to be part of the Kidsville team and provide services and resources to the children and families in the community. 

  • Hannah Armendarez, APRN-CPNP

    Hannah Armendarez, APRN-CPNP attended East Texas Baptist University where she graduated with her bachelor in Nursing. She worked in the Cardiac ICU at Texas Children’s Hospital for five and a half years while working towards her Masters's in Nursing. She was also a part of the ECMO team during her time at Texas Children's Hospital. 

    NP Hannah attended the University of Texas at Arlington where she graduated with her Masters in Nursing in 2022. She is now a Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. 

    Her family recently moved back to Burleson to be closer to their families and start a new career. Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, walking in the park, traveling, and eating good Mexican food. 

    She is very excited about joining the Kidsville team, and beginning to build relationships with patients are their families.

  • Anjae Holder

    Anjae Holder is a Certified Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She attended the University of Kentucky where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She has a background in women’s services working in Labor & Delivery and with newborns. She attended the University of Texas at Arlington where she graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2024.

    When she is not caring for patients, Anjae enjoys trying new activities, traveling internationally, learning about the world, and spending time with her family and sister.

    Anjae is excited to join the Kidsville Pediatric family where she will be able to provide care to patients and watch them grow from tiny humans to thriving teens to successful adults.

  • Sarah Sanders

    Sarah Sanders is a board-certified and licensed Physician Assistant committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to children and their families. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University, and began her medical career as a medical scribe in the Emergency Department at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, where she first discovered her passion for pediatrics. 

    Sarah later completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, receiving the Overall Top Student Award for her academic and clinical excellence.

    She began her PA career in Fort Worth, working in Interventional Cardiology for 1.5 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This experience strengthened her clinical judgment and ability to care for medically complex patients - skills she now brings to pediatrics with a calm, thoughtful, and family-focused approach.

    Known for her compassion, strong clinical judgment, and gentle bedside manner, Sarah is dedicated to guiding children toward healthy growth and development while creating a safe, comforting environment where families feel supported and understood.

    Originally from Lufkin, Texas, Sarah now lives in Fort Worth with her husband and two cats. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercising, traveling, trying new recipes, and cheering on her favorite football teams. She is grateful to join the Kidsville team and looks forward to caring for children and families within the community.

  • Jacob Knox

    Jacob Knox, MPAS, PA-C, graduated from the UT Southwestern Physician Assistant Program in December 2025 and successfully passed the Physician Assistant National Certification Exam in January 2026. He is excited to begin his career here at Kidsville Pediatrics.

    During PA school, Jacob gained valuable experience in both inpatient and outpatient pediatrics through Children’s Health. From early on, he knew pediatrics was the path he wanted to pursue, and these clinical rotations confirmed his passion for working with pediatric patients and their families. 

    He looks forward to building meaningful relationships with his patients while providing patient-centered care through shared decision-making.

    Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Jacob earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Oklahoma Christian University. He later returned to Dallas and began his healthcare career as a medical scribe before attending PA school at UT Southwestern.

    Jacob is energetic, extroverted, and enjoys connecting with people. Outside of work, he values spending quality time with family and friends, attending concerts and local events, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. He looks forward to meeting patients and families soon.
