Same Day Sick Visits: We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us. Please call our office as early as possible so that we can accommodate your needs and schedule you with your preferred provider.
If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.
After Hours: In the case of an emergency, please call 911. For all other questions or concerns that arise after hours, please call our main number 682-341-3910. Your call may be directed to the After Hours Telephone Triage Service provided by Children's. A trained nurse will listen to your concerns and advise you based on established protocols. Occasionally it will be necessary to directly notify one of our on-call pediatricians after hours. If this is needed, either the answering service or the telephone triage nurse will initiate this action.
